Students in the Pre-IB class at Stenhus Gymnasium will follow a programme that is equivalent to the “1g” in the Danish gymnasium (STX). This makes it possible for a student to change to the Danish system after the Foundation Course i.e. around 1st November, or after the completed year.

Stenhus Gymnasium is a state school financed by the Danish tax-payers. As a result, there is no tuition fee for study in the Pre-IB and IB Diploma Programme at Stenhus Gymnasium. The two major expenditures for students are the study trip (usually around 3000 DKK) and the calculator that students need for Mathematics (approximately 1000 DKK).
